It was a great pleasure to help our beautiful owner of Residence 512 at Pier Newstead sell her luxurious terrace apartment and see her and her son move onto the next stage of their lives together.
Not only was it a delight to sell this Pier property but the history of this family buying and selling with us dates right back to their first New Farm purchase in the Cutters Landing Refinery building in 2003.
When Jenn first invited us over and we saw how beautifully and tastefully presented her apartment was, we instinctively knew that with the right marketing it would not take long to sell. With a swarm of buyers buzzing around the property, there was an absolute vibe that this home was going to sell very quickly. Next thing you know a lovely English couple who were leasing in Pier and just waiting for that right Pier apartment to come along jumped into action and wasted no time. In the next moment they were on the front balcony overlooking the Brisbane River and putting in an offer to purchase right in the middle of the open home. They knew this was their future home and there was no time to waste. After a couple of days of negotiation with Sharon a top price was achieved, and all was agreed and settled on much to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
The rest is history now and they are settled in enjoying all the amenity that Pier and this unparalleled area has to offer. Needles to say Jenn didn’t have to wait around for months to see when her home would sell, and she was delighted with the outcome.
