Enclave Property Group is one year old and what an amazing year it has been!!
Headed by our Principal Sharon Campbell, Samantha and myself, all of who originally hail from Mirvac Queensland, the doors officially opened for business on the 16th July 2018.
Located on Skyring Terrace in Newstead, a stunning office fitted out by award winning architect David Twohill created a beautiful environment to commence each working day as we strove to build and develop a real estate service with a difference.
Drawing on 55 years of combined experience in both the off the plan apartment sale and the brokerage real estate industry, we initially set out to capture the apartment market as a starting point. Fast forward one year and whilst with any new business there are highs and lows, we can reflect on the last 12 months with great pride and achievement.
Sharon’s initial catch cry was to “hit the ground running” and indeed the last 12 months saw us sell more apartments in Newstead than any other brokerage agency. We enjoyed reconnecting with the many people we once sold to at Mirvac and it was a true honour and a privilege to do it all over again and see another stage of their lives come to fruition with a little help from us!
Some highlights of the year include:
Cutters Landing “Cook” - sold a 3 bedroom at $1,750,000 which was $300,000 more than the exact same apartment one level down that sold 18 months ago.
“Pier by Mirvac” - 3-bedroom Terrace sold for $2,630,000 at the first open for inspection.
75 Macquarie St Penthouse – Sold for a record price of $2,700,000
Unison Sub-penthouse - sold for $1,440,000 achieving a 15 % capital gain in a very difficult market
Unison - 2 bed record price of $990,000.
These are just a few examples of some of the sales we made, however it must be said that I also take great pleasure in the smallest of sales like our Unison 1 beds as every person and every sale is equally important and significant.
October 2018 was another huge milestone for the business with the addition of Stephanie Campbell who took on the role of Project Sales Executive. Stephanie brought to the company the very successful Dwell project which is the creation of the Brisbane based developer Franco Di Bartolomeo. In just a short time, Steph has made a significant volume of sales with an average price of $1.6 million and capping off the year with the sale of a stunning Penthouse for $2,950,000.
Last but not least, we have recently welcomed Cameron Campbell as our Business Development Manager. Cameron’s focus is on growing the Enclave business and to reach out to our neighbours, community and the world around us. Cameron originates from a strong background in Property Development, Banking and Finance.
At Enclave Property group our aim is to be different. We want to provide a service from start to finish that will be seamless, hassle free and efficient for all parties involved. From the beginning Sharon did not visualise a “sales machine” but a boutique business that encompasses a holistic approach to buying and selling. The greatest compliment we can receive is a referral and that is proving to form a major part of who we now are. Attention to detail and service with a smile – that’s the Enclave difference. Here’s to our first year and many more to come!
