Season’s Greetings to all our readers and loyal followers. As mentioned in our last blog the spring season was blooming in the real estate world with renewed buyer confidence in the wake of a positive election victory and falling interest rates.
Here at Enclave, we have certainly witnessed this flurry first hand with a spike in sales in both the resale and off the plan market. Our flagship development, Dwell, headed by Stephanie Campbell has not only achieved consistent sales in stage 1; but stage 2 which has not even launched yet already has 5 expression of interests with purchasers already paying their initial deposit.
Our Principal, Sharon, has just sold a stunning Pier apartment at an undisclosed price. It was a one of a kind in the whole development and needless to say the buyers and family are looking forward to calling this beautiful apartment home.
Meanwhile Cameron and myself have been kept busy listing and selling in Unison and Nero and achieving some good capital gains for our sellers.
